JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Technology Integration Technician Wage/Hour Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Director of Technology Pay Grade:
Department: Technology Date Revised: 02/19/2025
Primary Purpose: Integration of technology solutions through-out the Princeton ISD Environment
Provide Princeton ISD with an effective and professional resource for implementing technology projects.
Qualifications
Education/Certifications
- High School Diploma
Special Knowledge/Skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to function in a team based environment with the ability to share knowledge and a willingness to learn from other team members.
- Working knowledge of Network Cabling
- Measure, cut, join, and install wires, panels, and junction boxes
- Thread cables through conduits, ducts, and other pathways
- Set up, clean areas, and assist with supplying materials and equipment
- Test the electrical systems to ensure power is running correctly
- Interpret blueprints
- Collaborate with System Admin group and other tradespeople
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the installation process
Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond to helpdesk tickets
- Document processes used by Princeton ISD
- Perform all other duties assigned.
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues (wired / wireless)
- Perform maintenance on Classroom Audio / Visual devices

- Several tasks and projects open simultaneously. Maintaining composure under pressure is a necessity at all times. Some after-hour and weekend work required for maintenance, upgrades, and installations. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Climbing ladders and dealing with heights.
