We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead to oversee the quality assurance processes and personnel for the Pension Administration System. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA testing process for the Pension Administration System.
- Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting across multiple functional work streams.
- Support data bridging scenario testing during system transition.
- Ensure thorough testing of the legacy system as functionalities are retired and decommissioned.
- Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional, and design specifications to ensure full understanding of the business and system functionalities.
- Define and implement test objectives, strategies, and plans to meet project requirements.
- Lead and guide the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of test cases, test procedures, and test suites.
- Determine the need for automation, performance, load, API, and cross-browser testing, and manage these efforts accordingly.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to estimate testing timelines, monitor test progress, and report results.
- Proven experience as a QA Test Lead, managing complex system testing.
- Strong understanding of pension administration systems or similar enterprise-level systems.
- Experience with system migrations, data bridging, and decommissioning of legacy systems.
- Expertise in test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.
- Familiarity with automation, performance, load, API, and cross-browser testing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
