Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration, ensuring the platform aligns with business objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Define and enforce best practices in Salesforce development, security, and integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop Salesforce applications, workflows, and automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and security compliance.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and third-party tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Performance Optimization.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Salesforce DX.
• Strong understanding of OAuth, SSO, Identity Management, and Authentication protocols.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System/Technical Architect) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
