Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Incentive and Compensation Management (ICM) and Cash Disbursements (CD) modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes related to compensation and incentive structures, focusing on the SAP ICM and CD modules. This role requires a solid understanding of business processes, SAP configuration, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for ICM and CD processes.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Configure and maintain SAP ICM and CD modules.
- Provide functional support for ICM/CD, including issue resolution and testing.
- Assist in process optimization and automation within ICM/CD.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations related to incentives and disbursements.
- Develop reports and dashboards for incentive payouts and cash disbursements.
- Coordinate user training and provide ongoing system support.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP ICM/CD.
- Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module is a plus.
- Strong expertise in SAP ICM and CD configuration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fiori is an advantage.
