Job Title: IT Specialist Expert

Short description of the position:
To support ongoing improvements and maintenance to the IC Proof of Coverage web application, XML Form Submission, eClaims Data Entry/Inquiry, Prime forms, and other system. Additionally, will be a developer on projects that effect these or other critical application systems and integrations
Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
Gather business requirements
Document requirements and solutions
Write technical specifications
Code, test, and implement software modules
Review code and test results of other programmers
Create physical database work tables and temporary tables and indexes
Coordinate and conduct Unit, System and Stress testing
Helpdesk Tickets (Day to Day questions and issues).
Enhancements requested from the Business Users.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 84 months Java Fullstack Developer
- 84 months of experience in writing Triggers, Stored Procedures, Dynamic
- SQL, and SQL tuning in a relational database.
- 24 months of experience in source code management (i.e., SVN, TFS)
- 24 months of experience in source code management (i.e., SVN, TFS)
