Job Summary:
The Payment Auditor Analyst will provide technical assistance and guidance to case managers regarding documentation needed to support and authorize payments. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with oversight entities, including OMB, City Hall, and OASO, by establishing clear processes and controls for expense verification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with contract managers to ensure JFS submits required receipts and backup documentation.
- Develop and maintain tracking templates in collaboration with contract managers to document service provisions for children and families.
- Review and analyze financial documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payment verification procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to case managers on proper financial documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in financial auditing, contract management, or payment verification.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial oversight.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
