Is seeking a Cleaning/janitorial candidate for a beautiful 254-unit apartment community located in beautiful Okemos Michigan.

The right individual for this position must possess adequate Cleaning, janitorial and housekeeping knowledge including practicing safety with all cleaning products and equipment. The right individuals job description will include but not limited to cleaning of common area hallways, offices, removal of trash, cleaning and sweeping of grounds and parking garages, cleaning vacant apartments homes, cleaning mechanical rooms and storage areas, cleaning laundry room(s), cleaning rest rooms, cleaning elevators, cleaning break rooms and various other cleaning duties. Pay is based on experience and will be negotiated after base interview.
