Description :
Greets residents, assists with packages, valet park, empty garbage and monitors premises for unusual activity.
- Greets incoming guests and assists when necessary.
- Deliver messages and / or packages.
- Assist physically challenged residents and guests with special needs.
- Empty garbage at beginning or ending of a shift.
- Park resident cars in parking garage.
- Bring cars to front door at resident’s request.
- Monitor security cameras for activity.
- Provide the utmost professional customer service.
- Effectively communicate with supervisor and peers.
- Exhibit teamwork with fellow co-workers.
- Keeping lobby glass and area clean and orderly.
- Any other additional duties requested by the supervisor or area director.
- Work cooperatively with maintenance, housekeeping and management.
- Midnight doorman are to patrol parking structure and surrounding property.
- Midnight doorman are to remove trash from lobby, mailroom and all entrances.
- Work overtime when needed.
- May be asked to assist Maintenance and / or Manager with other jobs as deemed necessary by management.
- Call Maintenance for any emergencies.
- Must possess positive attitude and desire to make a difference.

Requirements :
Must exhibit attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, cooperation, dependability, a concern for others, integrity, self control, stress tolerance, good communication skills, sound decision making ability and initiative to take on responsibilities and challenges.
Prior customer service experience is helpful. Must be able to present a valid driver’s license.
Must be available to work nights.
