As a Leasing Consultant, you will master every detail of our properties and portfolios and represent them with enthusiasm and charisma. You will be the go-to person for answering prospects' questions and offering customer service to residents, establishing yourself as a knowledge center of our communities. You will also help to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns, ensuring our apartment homes are effectively marketed to qualified prospects. This often includes working with social media, being comfortable with the primary social media channels is key! This is a full-time position and our annual compensation offers a competitive base salary along with a monthly bonus. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a weekend rotation. Weekend scheduling will be mandatory with commensurate days off during the week.
