As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as a representative of our apartment communities, and your role will be nothing short of crucial! No day in property management is ever the same, this is no ordinary desk job.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will master every detail of our properties and portfolios and represent them with enthusiasm and charisma. You will be the go-to person for answering prospects' questions and offering customer service to residents, establishing yourself as a knowledge center of our communities. You will also help to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns, ensuring our apartment homes are effectively marketed to qualified prospects. This often includes working with social media, being comfortable with the primary social media channels is key! The top candidates will be able to:  

  • Understand and appreciate that we are in the business of managing and leasing apartments that our residents call home.  
  • Become an expert on the communities and demonstrate excellent communication skills. 
  • Respond to leads and effectively explain the community's benefits. The goal is to find someone the perfect apartment based on their needs.  
  • Tour new prospects around the community and apartment homes, with the ability to demonstrate the community's benefits.  
  • Possess knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as basic computer and social media skills.  
  • Work as a team with office staff and property managers to ensure a professional experience for our prospects and residents.  
  • Be open to learning new skills and willingness to go above and beyond.  
  • Get energized by the variety of daily activities.  
  • Offer genuine customer service. 

This is a full-time position and our annual compensation offers a competitive base salary along with a monthly bonus. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a weekend rotation. Weekend scheduling will be mandatory with commensurate days off during the week.
