What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician Summer Intern position at Princeton Properties Management, Inc.?
Summer Maintenance Intern
The Summer Maintenance Intern will assist the Maintenance Supervisor and site staff with duties related to the maintenance and upkeep of the property and grounds. This will include working inside and/or outside on the property grounds. The hours for this position will be determined by the maintenance supervisor, but in general will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or "as needed".
The Summer Maintenance Intern must have the physical ability and agility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., must be able to kneel, bend, reach, stoop, lift, reach overhead and stand for prolonged periods of time.
The Summer Maintenance Intern must be 18 years or older and must have reliable transportation to and from work.
We expect our Summer Maintenance Intern to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful and courteous manner at all times. While the Summer Maintenance Intern is onsite they are a representative of Princeton Properties and must conduct themselves accordingly.
The Summer Maintenance Intern is a temporary position. No benefits or PTO are offered with this position.
