Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech II for the Reflections at Hidden Creek and Nolan Ridge Apartments to join our Team!
Property management maintenance experience is required. This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. The wage range being offered is $25-$29 an hour, depending on experience along with a monthly $25 phone and $50 auto reimbursement.
What is needed from you:
Experience in property maintenance preferably apartment maintenance or related areas, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
Complete apartment turns.
Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
