Princeton Property Management is hiring an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team in Salem!
This position requires you to have three or more years of experience in Apartment Maintenance. You will share overseeing the maintenance duties of 16 properties totaling 243 units alongside two other skilled Technicians.
We are offering $26.00 to $28.00 hourly for this position including a monthly $200 auto and $50 phone reimbursement. The candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications will determine the wage offered.
What is needed from you:
Experience in property/apartment maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
Complete apartment turns.
Complete resident maintenance requests in a prompt and thorough manner.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
