School Psychology Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced School Psychologist to join our team for a local or travel contract position. As a School Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, communicating effectively with staff, students, and families, and providing support to ensure student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support student growth and development
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support
- Stay up-to-date on state and federal legislation regarding disabilities and ensure compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
