Job Description
This full-time Occupational Therapist position is available in a dynamic school environment, where you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with teachers and staff to develop personalized therapy plans that support student success. As a travel Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing occupational therapy programs to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement occupational therapy programs that align with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to promote physical, cognitive, and emotional development
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced school environment
