Princeton Transitional Care & Assisted Living is a partnership between Signature HealthCARE and Ballad Health bringing a new level of health care services to the Tri-Cities area. The new Princeton Transitional Care will provide a new home for skilled-nursing care and will add 60 assisted living apartments, 47 short-term skilled-nursing and rehab private suites. How you Will make a Difference :
- Coordinate and implement effective strategic plan for the facility.
- Complete external sales calls on target market.
- Manage the facilitys admissions process and collaborate with the facility team in achieving census and quality mix goals.
- Respond to inquiries from hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources to include e-referral systems, tours, and phone inquiries.
