Responsibilities
Store Layout and Visual Strategy: Redesign store layouts to improve flow, optimize product visibility, and ensure an intuitive shopping experience.
Display and Merchandising Standards: Create and implement visual standards that highlight our diverse range of products, from apparel and accessories to fresh food and electronics.
Collaboration: Partner with merchandising and management teams to execute visual displays that align with store goals and promotions.
Seasonal and Promotional Updates: Update displays regularly to reflect seasonal trends, new product launches, and promotional events.
Performance Metrics
Increased Sales and Engagement: Measurable improvement in sales for highlighted or featured products, driven by effective displays and store layout adjustments.
Enhanced Store Traffic Flow and Shop-ability: Positive feedback from customer surveys or management on ease of navigation and shopping experience in the redesigned space.
Timely Execution of Visual Updates: Consistent and timely implementation of seasonal, promotional, and new product displays, meeting all specified deadlines.
Collaboration and Communication: Effective collaboration with internal teams (merchants, marketing, managers) and timely display changes or needs communication.
