We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Director of Finance on a six-month contract basis to cover maternity leave. This role is with a dynamic and rapidly growing global cybersecurity company. You will have the chance to work alongside C-level executives while leading an excellent finance team across the US and EU.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a talented team of six finance professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Act as the primary finance liaison for the Executive team, offering timely financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Drive the transition to new business metrics, ensuring precise tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Manage the mid-year reforecasting process by integrating business updates and delivering comprehensive variance analyses.
- Oversee the annual audit process to guarantee compliance with US GAAP while facilitating a smooth audit experience.
- Maintain and enhance financial systems, including NetSuite and FP&A tools such as Pigment.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports.
- Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures as required.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide insightful financial guidance and decision support.
