Associate - Investment Advisory Services

What You'll Do

We're seeking an Associate - Investment Advisory Services to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for providing asset allocation services and operational investment activities for retirement plans using Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) services.

Some examples of what you'll be doing:

• Support retirement plan clients utilizing our OCIO services by executing asset allocation services and providing administrative investment support. Analyze actuarial valuations and cash flows to determine an appropriate asset allocation. Implement appropriate asset allocations, allocate new deposits and rebalance client portfolios.
• Calculate and analyze plan rate of returns and prepare client reports.
• Coordinate the billing and collection of OCIO fees.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff throughout the organization in support of our OCIO services.
• This position requires successful completion of a criminal background check.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree (Financial or Business degree preferred) or the equivalent experience.
• Must possess a good understanding of investments and retirement plans.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational, human relations, math, time-management and analytical skills.

Skills that will help you stand out:

• Experience with Power BI.
• Defined benefit experience.
• Customer service and team oriented.
• Must be able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$27.40 - $37.45 / hour
Time Off Program

Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
