As an Associate with the Private Infrastructure Debt team, you’ll support deal evaluation, structuring, and portfolio monitoring across sectors like energy, power, renewables, transportation, digital infrastructure among other areas. You’ll conduct credit analysis, build financial models, and provide research insights to assist senior team members in making investment decisions.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Analyze infrastructure transactions, including private placements and bank loans, and monitor existing investments.
- Develop financial models, assess key financial metrics, and conduct industry research.
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, agents, and advisors.
- Research economic, regulatory, and market trends impacting investments.
- Support marketing, RFPs, and client inquiries.
- Stay informed on financial markets, industry trends, and capital market conditions.
This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in infrastructure finance while contributing to a dynamic investment team.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering or a related technical field. (minimum 3.5 GPA).
- 3 years’ experience in a combination of Private Infrastructure and Fixed Income, with direct debt investment or advisory experience.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and experience in creating thorough underwriting memos.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, economic theory, financial statements and credit analysis.
- Familiarity with financial markets, fixed income strategies, and credit evaluation methods.
- Proficient in Excel, strong analytical and time management skills, and effective verbal/written communication.
- Team-oriented, able to build relationships, manage expectations, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Curious, open-minded, and eager to learn.
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
- Progress towards CFA certification.
- Experience within key infrastructure industry sectors
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$137000 - $175000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Location and Work Environments
We’re open to considering talent in the New Jersey / New York area. This role offers the ability for in-office or four days in-office and one day remote. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
