We’re looking for a Data Engineer / reporting engineer to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics space, supporting and maintaining data products. In this role, you’ll apply your data engineering and analysis expertise to meet business requirements and improve effectiveness! Demonstrate independence working in more than one software development layer of the solution.

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$75000 - $123000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

We’re looking for a Data Engineer / reporting engineer to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics space, supporting and maintaining data products. - Coordinate technical aspects of data management functions including creating, loading, transforming, cleansing, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data.
- Work directly or in support of data science/analytics to develop, test and integrate data from various sources into large-scale processing systems and databases to use in providing insights that address business needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of creating optimized data components and systems that use appropriate development environment. Employ a variety of languages and tools (e.g. scripting languages, data movement tools) to marry systems together. Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality.
- Assist in developing strategies for data acquisition and influence others within the business area through explanation of policies, patterns, and practices.
- Independently conduct analysis and development, requirements, coding, automated testing, debugging, documentation, quality assurance review, implementation and maintenance.
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.

Who You Are
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years related work experience or a Master's in related field.
- Ability to work directly with data and datastores through programming language such as SQL, Python, Java, etc.
- Ability to optimize data for analytics and data science.
- Experience building/operating systems for data extraction, ingestion and processing of large data sets.
- Knowledge and direct experience using business intelligence reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Experience building data products incrementally and integrating and running datasets from multiple sources.
- Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with various levels required. Eg; effectively communicate strategies and designs to all levels of company.
- May be required to provide on-call support.
