Experienced Software Engineer (Hybrid)

What You'll Do

We are looking for a skilled software engineer to join our team and help us continue to build a revolutionary product. 

As a Software engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for our product. You will work closely with our product development team to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our software products are scalable, reliable, and efficient.  

 

As a member of the team, you will:  

• Design and develop software solutions for our product 
• Collaborate with product development team to understand user requirements 
• Translate user requirements into technical specifications 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code 
• Test and debug software to ensure quality and accuracy 
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues 
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of software development processes 
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development 

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with: 

• Associate or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) or equivalent experience 
• 3 or more years of professional working experience in software development is required.  
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Comfortable collaborating with other engineers in a group setting.
• Must have the desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow.
• May be required to provide on-call support. 

 

Addition Preferred Experience: 

• Salesforce experience (working experience with Apex/Lighting Web Component Development)  
• AWS Experience (working experience with Lambdas, REST APIs, Typescript/JavaScript experience). 
• Front-end development experience (JavaScript/HTML/CSS)

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$91000 - $123000 / year
Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
