Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$71250 - $95950 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

We’re looking for an Investment Analyst to join our Commercial Real Estate Private Debt team. In this role, you’ll provide analytical support to the team in real estate transaction analysis and execution!
- Assist the production team and perform independent technical analysis within appropriate risk/return parameters on investment opportunities including transactions structures, appraisals, cash flow analysis, lease reviews, financial statement reviews.
- Effectively communicate conclusions concerning a transaction's investment risk and viability.
- Provide analytical support for evaluating investment opportunities, using sensitivity analysis, variance analysis, or preliminary valuations. Assist investment professionals with the preparation of necessary supporting documentation. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a thorough understanding of real estate economics, competitive environments and existing portfolios within assigned markets.
- Assist in negotiating mutually satisfactory terms and conditions for investment opportunities.
- Support the movement of a transaction through the investment process utilizing all available resources while assuring accurate and timely accumulation and dissemination of information.
- Develop an understanding of products, programs, and clients needs through available training programs and involvement in ongoing investment activities.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with preference for degrees in finance, economics, real estate, etc.
- Commercial Real Estate work experience
- Working knowledge of valuation modeling techniques and valuation software products
- Strong quantitative financial background and statistics including an understanding of basic finance concepts such as time value of money
- Undergraduate GPA of 3.5 or above and progress towards MBA
- Previous experience with Argus is helpful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple requests to strict deadlines
- Organize and maintain client relationship management records
