We have an exciting opportunity within the Benefits & Protection Portfolio Office for a Portfolio Manager who can contribute in a customer focused agile organization. This is a chance to engage with multiple roles and stakeholders across functions, product families, and businesses, and provide organizational management that helps us accomplish business objectives together.

- Leading critical initiatives that span across product families, functions, and businesses

Who You Are
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience (3 years of project/program/portfolio management)
- Excellent project management qualities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in leveraging portfolio/project management related tools
- Advanced in planning, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience with agile, product, and dev-ops concepts preferred
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$91000 - $152000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role is located in our corporate headquarters in Des Moines, IA. This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), in our Des Moines office.
