Securities Ops Specialist II - Trust & Custody

What You'll Do

We are looking for a Securities Operations Specialist II to join our Trust & Custody PCS team!  In this role, you’ll perform a broad range of operational tasks for complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require extensive knowledge of unit functions and systems.

 

Some examples of what you'll be doing include:

• Differentiating, processing and balancing transactions.
• Researching inquires, resolving customer complaints, reviewing urgent request and complex documents.
• Coordinating situations involving multiple departments.
• Provide department level reporting using multiple sources.
• Deliver training or work direction to junior level staff and/or provide back-up for other desks.
• May have extensive customer contact.

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, financial services or business processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgement.
• Skills in financial and/or data analysis, capital markets, regulatory compliance, or financial communication
• Demonstrated success taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency and high energy.

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$23.80 - $28.03 / hour
Time Off Program

Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

Location & Work Environment
We are hiring for our Minneapolis, MN office location. This role offers in-office hybrid work (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek).
