What You'll Do

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Audience Management product team in our Enterprise Experience Enablement Product Organization! This team helps manage the data leveraged by Salesforce Data Cloud as a part of our customer data platform ensuring we have the data to power customer experiences across our company, as we continue working towards enabling a world where financial security is accessible to all.

In this role, you'll be supported in managing our Customer Data platform, which supports audience management. Your responsibilities include product discovery, measuring and reporting on product health, and recommending goals to strategically grow the product. You'll interact with various stakeholders and gain experience in key product disciplines. By developing and demonstrating product practices, you'll help strengthen our enterprise product practice with curiosity, open-mindedness, and motivation to learn all phases of the product lifecycle.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Create and execute on the vision and strategy for our audience management capabilities
  • Implement solutions through Salesforce Data Cloud, powering tailored user experiences through data-driven insights.
  • Partner closely with other teams to leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to lead the build of robust integrations, data workflows, and customer personalization features.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, marketing teams, and other partners to identify requirements and build innovative solutions
  • Identify and prioritize the specific product features that customers will love, but will work for the business
  • Provide relevant insights with influence and data to internal business partners who are delivering consumer solutions for principal’s financial success
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve solutions and processes
  • Be a change agent establishing true product management and agile practices within EEE product lines

Who You Are

  • 6 years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education
  • 3 years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders
  • Experience partnering with teams in a matrixed environment, managing multiple technology products through an agile environment, and successfully establishing product strategy by bringing together customer, user, or partner data and insights to make decisions
  • Experience resolving solutions to complicated problems using good judgment and positive relationships to assess risk, and lay-out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed narrative
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to influence and negotiate with partners at all levels of the company while advising on complex expectations
  • Shown success in both discovery and delivery against product outcomes; Thinking strategically and making decisions in a fast-paced environment, in multiple teams/functional areas/organizations


Skills That Will Help You Stand Out:

  • Product Management experience
  • Experience working with engineers, technology architects, delivery managers, and/or product managers
  • Salesforce experience, specifically with Data Cloud
  • Familiarity with data governance concepts
  • Experience informally leading individuals that do not directly report to you
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence


Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$123000 - $167000 / year

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role will partner with our global teams and has an expectation for flexibility in your work schedule with a frequent 7-9am CST start time.

Work Environments

This role offers an in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement in Des Moines, IA.
