What You'll Do
We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our GenAI Enablement team focusing on GenAI solutions. You'll work alongside our AI Engineers to build and modernize our AI-powered technology solutions. You'll join our community of over 4,000 engineers to help build innovative applications that leverage artificial intelligence to enhance our customer experience.

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$67500 - $121200 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role will partner with our global teams and has an expectation for flexibility in your work schedule to have a frequent start time around 8am CST.
Work Environments
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.

Who You Are
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience
- 2 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Strong interest and desire to learn AI/ML technologies and their applications
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with LLM operations and AI application deployment
- Development practices including TDD, CI, and pair programming
- DevOps experience
- Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and their implementation
- Experience with data profiling and visualization techniques
- AWS (including AWS Bedrock, AWS Q Business)
- Python, TypeScript
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Cloud-native applications
- Vectorized Databases (Neptune, Neo4j)
