Who You Are:
We’re looking for a Solution Specialist to join our Technology Operations team. In this role, you’ll help monitor and support our infrastructure (network and mainframe) via software tools to meet business partners' goals. This team provides timely support and assistance of problem determination by quickly identifying, analyzing, and reporting on all relevant issues!
- Under general supervision, continue learning requirements and tasks that relate to the configuration of the vendor application(s) supported by your team.
- Start to understand how tool(s) fit into the larger system/service delivery.
- Growing a deeper understanding and execution of technology functions including performance, capacity, recovery, operations, configuration and/or security.
- Understand the functionality of their platform and stay abreast of platform roadmap/developments in related solutions.

- You have a high school diploma or GED, plus 2 years related (Operations) work experience required.
- You have advanced planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, time management, decision-making, and communication skills.
- You have advanced computer skills.
- Ability to work odd shifts including Saturday
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out:- Experience with Tivoli, ServiceNow, and Mainframe.
- Prior experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Experience managing File Transfer for a Technical Operations Center
Hours
Candidates will be required to work Tuesday - Friday 7:40am-4:15pm CST and Saturday from 3:40pm-12:15am CST.
Work Environments
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical work week) from Des Moines, IA.
