We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Customer Data Platform product team where we're at the forefront of innovative technology and marketing solutions, delivering brand new digital transformation services that power meaningful customer experiences. As we continue to scale and enhance our Salesforce capabilities, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in full-stack development and a keen interest in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Personalization. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing dynamic solutions that integrate with Salesforce platforms and provide powerful personalization and data-driven marketing solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build and enable omni-channel experiences that drive customer engagement.

Who You Are
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$100800 - $182400 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Who You Are
- Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience
- 6 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer or Salesforce solution architect
- In-depth experience with Salesforce technologies (preference for Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud or equivalent CRM), including integration and personalization features, or comparable CDP technology platforms
- Experience/exposure to modern web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Node.js, or similar
- Experience/exposure to back-end frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar
- Experience/exposure to API development and integration, including RESTful services and webhooks
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex technical challenges
- Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring and collaborating within an agile, cross-functional team
- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g. AWS - CDK/Python/Typescript), or equivalent Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and its ability to enhance customer engagement and experience
