Practice Developer/Marketer

Overview
Newly established health clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care and building lasting relationships with our patients. We’re looking for a motivated and creative Practice Developer/Marketer to help us expand our reach, and strengthen our clinic’s presence in the local community.

The Practice Developer/Marketer will play a key role in driving the clinic’s growth through both strategic marketing initiatives and business development. This role requires a combination of creativity, market research, and client relationship building to ensure the clinic’s success and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services (online and offline).
• Manage and create content for the clinic’s website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Build relationships with potential clients and local businesses to generate referrals and partnerships.
• Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to meet growth goals.
• Organize local events, workshops, or health fairs to engage with the community.
• Manage online presence including Google My Business and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor trends in the healthcare industry and recommend innovative marketing solutions.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role (preferably in healthcare).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients and local businesses.
• Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for healthcare and helping businesses grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to Commute:

• Bonney Lake, WA 98391 (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
