What You'll Do This role partners in the execution of the strategy to identify and build relationships through the adoption of digital integrations by distribution partners and platforms in our workplace benefits space. Here’s some examples of the types of things you’ll do: Build awareness of our capabilities and standards with key relationship contacts that drive revenue and efficiency results Represent the group benefits distribution areas in ongoing projects, strategy discussions, and technology buildouts with an emphasis on creating scalable solutions Improve and maintain excellent relationships with key home office contributors to assigned key relationships as well as group benefits distribution sales and account management. Who You Are Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 6+ years group benefits experience required Group insurance product knowledge preferred Must have basic PC skills with accuracy and pay strict attention to detail Ability to work independently and have excellent relationship building skills Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills Maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required Some travel required including overnight stays, minimal. There is no licensing required at this time. Should licensing become required pursuant to state or federal regulation, completion and maintenance of said licenses will be required to stay in the role Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $112000 - $182400 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
