Principle Auto is seeking exceptional Certified INFINITI Technicians to join our rapidly growing dealerships. You thrive in the responsibility for diagnosing, repairing and correctly documenting any issues and concerns with vehicles. You are driven to stay up to date for all tasks related to reconditioning trade-in vehicles- as well as more complex repairs including electrical diagnostic tests and repairs. You consistently maintain a strong level of enthusiasm, positivity and productivity with other technicians and associates throughout the dealership. You enjoy breaking things and putting them back together, just to figure out how they work.

Responsibilities of the Automotive Technician:

• The Technician on a day to day basis will assess, diagnose and resolve known issues with trade-in vehicles.
• The Technician should also be analytical and proactive to troubleshoot any problems that may arise or be of concern in the future.

Qualifications:

• Local candidates only, please
• Verifiable ASE certifications are a plus!
• 2 Years of Technician and/ or dealership experience (INFINITI experience)
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines
• Ability to life and manipulate heavy objects
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather
• Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule which includes working Saturdays and some holidays
• Must be able to clear a Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Screen
• Must have a Valid State Issued Driver License
• Must have a clear Motor Vehicle Report
