POSITION SUMMARY : The Customer Experience Logistics Analyst plays a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by analyzing and managing logistics operations. This role involves coordinating international and collect shipments, managing all shipping complaints / compliance charges (internally and with outside vendors), reviewing service levels and supporting the evaluation of distribution spend, reviewing invoices. You will analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and work closely with customer service teams to enhance overall operations and cost-effectiveness.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
Shipping and Claims Management :
- Investigate and process shipping complaints, partnering with external logistics providers to resolve issues and secure credits.
- Review and analyze carrier assignments and appointments through external partner portals, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Coordinate international and collect shipments to ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements while meeting customer timelines.
- Collaborate with customer service to review and enhance the daily shipment consolidation file.
