This role will be responsible for the day-to-day recruiting-related processes within two manufacturing and warehouse facilities. Builds and maintains trusting and collaborative relationships at every level of the organization in order to achieve its functional objectives.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals and workforce needs.
- Lead initiatives to define and enhance our employer brand, including representing the company at job fairs, industry events, and community outreach programs.
