We are seeking a dedicated, highly motivated educator to join our team as a High School Social Studies Teacher and High School & Junior High Girls’ Coach. Key Responsibilities:
Teaching (High School Social Studies):
•Deliver engaging and rigorous instruction in Social Studies, ensuring students develop critical thinking and historical analysis skills.
•Create a dynamic classroom environment that promotes inquiry-based learning and student engagement.
•Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards and district curriculum.
•Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments.
•Foster a culture of respect, responsibility, and enthusiasm for learning.
Coaching (High School & Junior High Girls' Athletics):
•Lead and develop the girls' athletic program at both the high school and junior high levels.
•Coach and mentor student-athletes in sports such as basketball, volleyball, track, or other assigned sports.
•Instill teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while promoting a positive athletic culture.
•Organize and oversee team practices, conditioning programs, and game strategies.
•Coordinate with school administration and athletic staff to ensure a successful and well-run program.
