Assembly Line Manager

Job Summary
The Assembly Line Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s process flow. The ALM will work and coordinate with our staff to assist with hiring, training and scaling our local operations and support team members in the warehouse. The ALM will be required to travel to help move inventory and be responsible to ensure new employees are sufficiently trained, have the necessary resources, and are aligned with company goals. The role requires a high level of self-motivation, a desire to learn and lead, business acuity and a hands-on approach to work.

The ALM will become an expert in our robots and software, and will be expected to communicate this knowledge base effectively to prospective customers. We are looking for someone who is excited to learn and be a part of an industry that is ready to revolutionize the way businesses perform many tasks.

Duties

• Coordinate all aspects of assembly line management including hiring and training staff and developing support efforts
• Assist with budgeting
• Managing multiple employees and contractors
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed
• Lead by example
• Required to travel < = 25%

Education and Experience:

• At least four (4) years of operational experience in equipment or technology related position
• Organizational experience is preferred but not required
• Bachelor degree and above
• Valid Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
