Job Summary
The Pod Build-Out Manager (PBOM) will be responsible for overseeing the company’s expansion efforts into new metro areas across the USA. The PBOM will work and coordinate with our CSO, COO and other staff to assist with hiring, training and scaling our local sales and support team members in the new markets (i.e. Pods). The PBOM will travel extensively to new markets to lead the build out of new Pods, and be responsible to ensure new employees are sufficiently trained, have the necessary resources, and are aligned with company goals. The role requires a high level of self-motivation, a desire to learn and lead, business acuity and a hands-on approach to work.
The PBOM will become an expert in our robots and software, and will be expected to communicate this knowledge base effectively to prospective customers. We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn and be a part of an industry that is ready to revolutionize the way businesses perform many tasks.
Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of new Pods including hiring and training staff, negotiating property leases, and developing local sales and support efforts
- Assist with budgeting for each Pod
- Managing multiple employees and contractors
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed

Education and Experience:
- At least six (6) years of operational experience in an equipment or technology related position
- Outside sales experience is preferred but not required
