What are the responsibilities and job description for the Print and Mailroom Clerk position at Print and Mailroom Clerk?
As a Print and Mailroom Clerk, you will support mailroom tasks: handle incoming and outgoing packages, meter logs, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail to be shipped out. Also support with copy/ print production, bindery and scanning.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of related work experience (mailroom, office, etc.).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Valid Driver’s License (and willing to use personal vehicle in case some help with the shipping is needed).
Job Type: Full-time (1 shift).
Pay range: $17.50- $18.50 / hr.

Schedule:
- Shift: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
Duties:
- Copying & Binding: Operate cop/print equipment, perform binding and finishing work.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Handle basic equipment issues (clear paper jams, change toner, etc.).
- Document Management: Scan, image, and file documents as required.
- Inventory & Supplies: Manage office supplies, and handle shipping/receiving (when needed).
- Additional Duties: Perform tasks such and distribute incoming mail/faxes, and light dock work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
