We are seeking a Commercial Print Customer Service Representative with experience in the print industry, order management, and customer relations to help ensure a seamless client experience.
Job Summary
The Commercial Print Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing print orders, providing product recommendations, and coordinating with production teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with commercial printing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with print orders, job specifications, and shipping needs.
- Order Management: Process commercial print orders, verify job details, and communicate with production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Print Knowledge & Estimating Support: Educate customers on print products, materials, and finishing options while assisting in providing basic pricing estimates.
- Shipping & Mail Services (25% of Role):
- Assist customers with shipping and mailing services, including package preparation and carrier selection.
- Process shipments and track orders as needed.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Payment Processing & Invoicing: Process transactions accurately, generate invoices, and assist with billing inquiries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, production, and fulfillment teams to maintain a smooth workflow.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years in a commercial print customer service role or related industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with printing processes, substrates, finishing options, and order management.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-friendly demeanor.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and invoicing.
- Multitasking Ability: Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with print order management systems, CRM software, or shipping platforms (preferred).
