Print-O-Stat is searching for a highly motivated, proven, Creative Design Sales Specialist. As a valued member of the Creative Divison, you will proactively develop and manage a portfolio of accounts through deepening customer relationships by understanding their business needs. This includes educating clients on the value Print-O-Stat can bring with our products and services. As a Creative Design Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for qualifying and developing new business opportunities in your territory. You will ensure Print-O-Stat maximizes potential business opportunities with existing clients and focus on cultivating a book of business by expanding and growing our market reach. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop and manage a portfolio of accounts through deepening customer relationships by understanding their business needs and the value Print-O-Stat can bring
- Qualify and develop new business opportunities within your portfolio of accounts from initial enquiry and building relationships to meet the client needs and enable Print-O-Stat to maximize potential business opportunities
- Nurture clients to enable long-term relationships and enhance customer loyalty
- Work collaboratively across teams globally with a knowledge of overall business strategy and goals
- Consistently provide a legendary customer experience, thereby achieving revenue and contribution targets
- Plan and prioritize sales activities towards achieving agreed business goals, maintaining contribution levels, margins and managing productivity output
- Ensure client information is up to date and accurate by using CRM activities tools and systems
- Manage pre and post workshop logistics, liaising closely with wider departments - Delivery team, Client Services, Production, etc.
- Use communication skills and telephone presence to build a rapport with clients and internal contacts, providing legendary customer experience
- Effectively work as part of a team to manage the full Business Development portfolio of accounts
- Support client opportunities as requested for your team and other parts of the business in line with our business strategy
- Actively participate in industry-related networking organizations and events to promote our brands in addition to utilizing social media tools
Experience:
- 1 years of B2B Sales experience in the Signage and/or Commercial Printing field or 3 years in Signage Production/Production Management or Commercial Printing Management preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business-related fields preferred.
Requirements:
- Possess a “hunter” mentality with the ability to stretch targets and drive results
- Exhibit a client-focused mind-set to deliver exceptional client experience, putting the customer at the heart of everything
- Experience with Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, as well as a CRM preferred.
- Knowledge of design software helpful, such as Adobe CreativeSuite
- Actively use social media to develop relationships and promote brand awareness e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
