Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Receptionist who will serve as a pivotal point of contact for our valued customers. This role is critical in addressing inquiries related to our products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective issue resolution and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture sustainable relationships with customer accounts and Account Managers through transparent communication that fosters sales growth and brand loyalty.
  • Strive to comprehend each customer’s unique business needs and expectations, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Manage timely pricing and quoting processes, including proactive follow-up activities with customers and Account Managers.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive records of customer information, communications, and opportunities using our CRM system.
  • Guarantee internal and external customer satisfaction by skillfully managing the order process from initial contact through order processing to delivery.
  • Provide accurate product information, including availability and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure customer orders are dispatched according to established requirements.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with reporting duties by delivering accurate and relevant data.
  • Continuously represent the company in a professional manner, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable sales environment, preferably within a distribution-based industry.
  • Proficient in English, with exceptional oral and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Technical aptitude, preferably with knowledge of PowerX or similar product offerings (training will be provided).
  • Proven capability to influence and cultivate relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong problem-solving and presentation skills, with an ability to identify key issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
