As a Client Advisor, you will be the embodiment of our luxury brand, offering an unparalleled level of service to our clientele.
Your role will be pivotal in creating a refined shopping experience offering bespoke styling advice, personalized recommendations, and ensuring that each customer’s needs are met with grace and expertise.
With a focus on cultivating customer loyalty and achieving sales targets, you will play a key role in the success of our newest location.
Duties :
- Customer Service: Provide an outstanding customer experience by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized shoe recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product line, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions, to effectively communicate the value of our luxury shoes.
- Sales: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Clienteling: Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-up communication, offering exclusive previews, and inviting them to store events.
- Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations including merchandising, stockroom organization, and maintaining the visual standards of the store.
- Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently handle transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates, management, and support staff to ensure the store runs smoothly and goals are achieved.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Retail Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience in retail, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
- Customer Focused: Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering superior customer service.
- Sales Oriented: Proven ability to achieve sales goals through a personalized approach.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude, able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Eye for detail in terms of store presentation and product display.
- Luxury Brand Awareness: Understanding of luxury fashion, footwear trends, and customer preferences.
