Fashion Client Advisor

Printemps – which means “springtime” – is a 160-year-old French retailer with a flagship in the heart of Paris. March 6th, we are excited to launch our first U.S. location, Printemps New York, in the heart of the Financial District at One Wall Street. Complete with fashion, food, beauty, and wellness, this dynamic concept will provide an experience where hospitality and service meet creativity, innovation, passion, and a strong community.

As a Fashion Client Advisor at Printemps New York, you will be the face of our luxury brands, providing exceptional customer service while driving sales. You will engage with our clientele, offering personalized recommendations and styling advice to ensure an elevated shopping experience. Your goal will be to meet sales targets, foster customer loyalty, and contribute to the store’s success.

Duties :

• Customer Service: Provide an outstanding customer experience by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized shoe recommendations.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product line, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions, to effectively communicate the value of our luxury shoes.
• Sales: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Clienteling: Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-up communication, offering exclusive previews, and inviting them to store events.
• Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations including merchandising, stockroom organization, and maintaining the visual standards of the store.
• Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently handle transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates, management, and support staff to ensure the store runs smoothly and goals are achieved.
• Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Retail Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience in retail, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
• Customer Focused: Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering superior customer service.
• Sales Oriented: Proven ability to achieve sales goals through a personalized approach.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude, able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Eye for detail in terms of store presentation and product display.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Luxury Brand Awareness: Understanding of luxury fashion, footwear trends, and customer preferences.

Commission : 3% to 5%
