Clerical work includes a variety of office tasks, such as answering phones, filing documents, data entry.

  • Answering phones: Take calls, transfer calls, or take messages
  • Filing: Organize and maintain paper and electronic documents
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars, arrange appointments, and organize meetings
  • Data entry: Collect information and enter data into databases
  • Communication: Respond to inquiries, provide information, and communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Document preparation: Type, format, and edit reports, memos, and other documents
  • Mail: Sort, deliver, and send mail
  • Records: Maintain and monitor record keeping systems
  • Inventory: Manage inventory and stock, and track materials throughout the supply chain

Skills and qualities for clerical work: Attention to detail, Interpersonal skills, Ability to handle confidential information, and Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.77 - $13.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
