At Printful, we help customers grow brands and reputations, so achieving excellence is important in all we do. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Quality Control to join our team and be an essential part of how people experience our products. In this role, you’ll ensure that we’re maintaining quality standards and improving processes to meet the needs of our customers.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting tests to determine the overall quality of our products and production-related processes
- Evaluating and documenting quality issues and making improvements to enhance our products, processes, and customer experience
- Educating and training various teams on expectations and creating quality control tests for equipment settings and general processes and practices
- Overseeing that quality improvement initiatives are maintained and ongoing
- Submitting evaluation reports and working closely with facility leadership to identify and resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems
- Functioning as an information source for all departments when quality issues arise
- Analyzing reshipments and production-related damages across all departments and taking action to decrease these rates
- Performing other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring:
High school diploma or GED equivalent- 2–4 years experience with digital printing
- 2–4 years experience with production and quality control processes
Having the following will be an advantage:
- Bachelor’s degree in production management or quality assurance
- Prior experience as a Team Lead
- Detailed knowledge of production improvement standards and measures
