CSR / Print Production Asst / Graphic Designer

A busy, fast paced print, signage and service provider in the City of Fairfax, is seeking candidates for a position as a Graphic Designer / Print Production / Customer Service Representative. This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, marketing, promotional and design projects.

You will be doing graphic design, dealing directly with customers, working closely with vendors, preparing estimates and work orders, prepress, digital printing, light bindery, mailing/shipping and being part of a cohesive team. We are PC based shop using CorelDraw and the Adobe Creative Suite.

You will provide exemplary customer service, build stong relationships, and use consultative selling when working with customers. We have a fast paced work environment with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Graphic Designer / Print Production / CSR - Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

• Experience with Graphic Design
• Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and electronically.
• Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail.
• Work both independently and as a member of a team, from concept to completion.
• Proficiency with Gmail and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Manage company social media accounts.
• Be willing to learn how to operate a digital press and wide format printers.
• Be willing to learn how to setup files for printing.
• Professional Appearance and Attitude.
• General shop maintenance.
• Print shop experience is a plus
• Willingness to perform all duties in the shop (print production, shipping, bindery, wide format, finishing, etc)
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Be able to lift 25-50lbs.

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time Position

Our business hours are Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm (no weekends).

Sign and/or Print Production: 1-2 years (Preferred, not required)

Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

Graphic Design: 1-2 years (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
