Telemarketer / Inside Sales Representative
About the Role
Printwell, Inc., one of the largest commercial printers in Michigan, is seeking an enthusiastic Telemarketer / Inside Sales Representative to generate new business across Metro Detroit and beyond. If you're a strong communicator, goal-driven, and love the challenge of turning a cold call into a hot lead, we want to hear from you.
This position is ideal for individuals with either experience in sales or customer service or entry-level candidates looking to break into a high-potential career path. We’ll provide the training and tools—you bring the energy and drive.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business customers across industries (restaurants, real estate, home improvement, etc.)
- Promote our commercial print services (flyers, brochures, menus, direct mail, catalogs, etc.)
- Respond to inbound inquiries and nurture leads through phone, email, social media, text, Zoom, and in-person visits when needed
- Maintain a growing pipeline of prospects and manage follow-up activity
- Engage with decision-makers, ask the right questions, and identify client needs
- Support the sales process from lead generation to closing opportunities
- Track activity and maintain accurate records of interactions and results
- Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews to improve success

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
