Small Law Firm in Pullman, WA looking for Full-Time Associate Family Law Attorney
- Some experience desired but not required
- Knowledge of divorce and family law with ability to handle cases from beginning to end

Associate Attorney Responsibilities and Duties
- Draft legal memorandums, pleadings, motions, and correspondence to clients and counsel
- Meet with clients
- Conduct legal research
- Conduct discovery, including Interrogatories, Request for Production of Documents, and Request for Admissions
- Trial Preparation, including drafting of direct and cross examinations and witness preparation
- Court appearances for motions hearings and trials
Associate Attorney Requirements
- Admitted to the WA Bar or will be taking WA Bar in near future
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills, the ability to think logically and deliver creative solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sense of humor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
