Job Title: Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer

We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in machining or CNC programming and a strong interest in developing a long-term career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate automatic screw machines and CNC machines

· Update and maintain paperwork, including distribution and storage between the shop and the office.

· Collaborate with management team, setup technicians, machine operators, and shop floor teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

· Assist with designing and developing production-ready tooling, fixtures, and gages using AutoCAD.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

· Support CNC, multi-spindle screw machine, secondary, and assembly operations with improved tools, procedures, and programming.

· Assist in resolving any quality issues, complete corrective actions, and disposition non-conforming parts as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering — or equivalent hands-on experience required.

• Metal cutting experience a plus.
• Mechanically inclined skillset.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and high-quality output.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work well within a team environment.

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Excellent time management and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

· Experience with metal fabrication, machining, or CNC programming is a plus.

· PLC programming knowledge is a bonus.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.

Job Details:

· Position Type: Full-Time

· Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

· Schedule: Day shift (1st shift), Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

· Location: Must be able to reliably commute to Oakdale, PA 15071 (in-person)
