General Laborer / Assembler

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer / Assembler to join our team. This role will involve assisting with shop maintenance and material assembly, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process for the entire manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the manufacturing team across various levels of production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including chip spinning and shop cleanup.
• Assemble parts and components accurately, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality.
• Interpret and follow assembly instructions, drawings, and diagrams.
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components.
• Support team efforts in achieving production targets and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with hand and power tools used in assembly processes.
• Ability to interpret assembly instructions and work orders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and high-quality output.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Excellent time management and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as necessary.
• Ability to work while standing for up to 8 hours per day.

Job Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Schedule: Day Shift (1st shift), Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Location: Must be able to reliably commute to Oakdale, PA 15071 (in-person)
