3.75 hrs/day, 8 to 11:45 am, Monday through Thursday

Program Objectives

• Engage learners in a literacy-based program that includes social-emotional learning.
• Supports the development of school-based learning skills (i.e. deterining and completing a task.)
  
  

Program Structure

• Students will participate in a daily literacy workshop with a classroom teacher. A curriculum resource (Scholastic LitCamp) is provided, along with a scope and sequence for the full four-week program. Students will participate in both whole class and small group activities, as well as perform individual tasks.
