Program Objectives
- Engage learners in a literacy-based program that includes social-emotional learning.
- Supports the development of school-based learning skills (i.e. deterining and completing a task.)
- Students will participate in a daily literacy workshop with a classroom teacher. A curriculum resource (Scholastic LitCamp) is provided, along with a scope and sequence for the full four-week program. Students will participate in both whole class and small group activities, as well as perform individual tasks.
